I completed a BEng(Hons) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering in 2015, and continued to study for a postgraduate certificate in Electronic Engineering. I joined STFC in mid-2018 as part of the graduate programme.

My primary areas of interest are:

  • Field control and phase lock techniques for Superconducting RF (SRF) cavity resonators.
  • Practical electronics for analogue and digital signal processing systems.
  • Testing and qualifying SRF cavity performance for ESS and PIP-II projects.

Within my role at STFC, I am normally found in the SuRF lab vertical test facility area (VTF). Involved with routine tasks and RF inspection of ESS cavities, as well as cold testing and characterizing of the cavities at 2k.
