Our Vacuum Processing Laboratory at STFC Daresbury Laboratory delivers high-specification cleaning, heat treatment, and leak testing for components used in ultra-high and extreme-high vacuum environments. Our unique laboratory is designed for both research and industry, we support projects requiring exceptional cleanliness from small flanges to large connectors.
All work is managed under ISO 9001:2015, with a fully documented process pipeline ensuring consistency and quality at every stage.
We have supported many clients for space, accelerator and advanced manufacturing technologies.

Wet Lab – Cleaning

Dry Lab – Heat Treatment & Vacuum Processing
- High-temperature processing up to 1000°C
- Vacuum ovens for internal and external surface cleaning

- Advanced leak detection integrated into processing workflows
